That is a bold statement, especially since I thought that my Chocolate Cherry smoothie was the best I would ever find. How wrong I was.

 

Banana Mint Smoothie

2 bananas

handful of fresh mint, or a heaped teaspoon of dried mint

almond milk 400ml

scoop of unflavoured protein powder

BLEND.

ENJOY!

 

If you like your smoothies a bit colder you can add ice cubes, or if you don’t want to dilute the yumminess you can chop your bananas into pieces and freeze them for future blending.
