Lessons from Deadpool

A few weeks ago I went to see Deadpool with my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day (aww)

Amazing film. Absolutely brilliant.

If you’ve not seen it yet, keep an eye on the intro…

Deadpool is a brilliant super hero with a badass attitude to match.

He’s not pretending that he’s in it to save lives.
To be a hero.
To be recognised by his peers, in fact he goes out of his way to disassociate himself from the X men when they reach out to him.

He’s focused.

He’s on a mission to find someone and kill him.

Harsh?
Blunt?
Maybe, but you can’t deny that it’s pro-active.

While Batman would have to sit in his mansion waiting for the bat signal before taking action

Deadpool can be out there, working his sexy arse off, seeking his end goal, making progress

So why be like Batman when you can be like Deadpool?

Getting fit doesn’t have to be about killing people (I highly discourage that)
But when you take that proactive approach, known from now on as The Deadpool Approach, you see results much quicker.

Why sit at home waiting for a sign to workout?

Go and workout because your goal is to be fitter and exercising will take you there.

Take the Deadpool approach to fitness and see your results change.

P.s watch out for the Stan Lee cameo, best cameo ever.
