Personal trainer

Should I get a personal trainer?

This is a question I used to ask myself when I was starting on my journey, I decided that I didn’t want anyone else telling me what to do – even a personal trainer. I could figure it out myself – surely?

9 years, thousands of pounds and many qualifications later I did figure it out for myself and started a new career. But what if you don’t want to change your career in order to fully understand how to be healthy?

So, could you benefit from a personal trainer?

Ask yourself…

Do you know…

How to avoid injury? What to do if you’re already injured or impaired in some way?

How to find a healthy way of eating that is easy for you? How to make your nutrition less stressful?

How to adapt your life to make it an easier one to live?

How to use the equipment at your disposal to get the best workout possible?

How to rest adequately without losing momentum?

How to avoid the many pitfalls that cause you to give up?

How to know if this plan is good for you physically and mentally?

Personal trainer

A personal trainer can make it simple.

Simple doesn’t equal easy but it does mean that it’s progress without the faff. Why bother with the noise when you can be guided through it by someone who has studied for years to know what you need to do?

Why take the long way when a short cut is right there for you?

Lots of questions, no answers?

If you find yourself lost, it’s time to take the leap.

Yes, you’ll need to pay money.
No it probably won’t be cheap.
Yes, you might need to modify your spending for a while,

but what is better for you in the long run?

Investing in some knowledge and guidance to help you be successful for your whole life,
or trawling through google hoping the answer will find you?
